Okay, around the SGP chat, I'm kinda known for cake. I won't get into that now because it's just a little awkward when you're not in on it haha. Well, this is my first try on making a "fancy" cake. I know it's not Ace of Cakes worthy but at least it resembled cake which was more than I bargained for. The fondant and I got into a fight and it got bitter at times, but I tried. So, no matter what you think, tell me it looks great. hah, no it's not that big of a deal. I just wanted to show you all what my weekend consisted of.
I'm not sure if I would ever actually go into the baking business but I did like taking the chance and finding out if I could do it. Now, I didn't spend near as much time on it as I would've liked but I had to quicken the pace on it. It's not just a ckae really, more of a test. A test to see what I'm capable of. So I dunno...we'll see..

Becca, I think you're really on to something here...also, I'm reading a book right now and the guy proposes to his baker girlfriend with petit fours that have letters on them that spell out Marry Me if she arranges them correctly. Thought you'd enjoy that :)
