J.- One of a Kind.

So Hilarie just posted a blog at SGP about her best friend so I thought I'd do the same for mine. I really have two. For now i'll just write about J. Her name is Jessica but I told her our senior year that i was going to call her, "J" from then on. I keep my promises. I soon became B. I've known her since the time when boys had cooties and classes still had nap-time required. We're each other's better halves. She's who i go to the cheesy movies that no one should pay money to see with and the one that just last week sat through biology with me while we watched "Sexual Encounters of the Floral Kind." We were Mrs Potts and Chip in our school play together. We talked with accents for hours after watching "Love Actually" (that Hugh Grant brought it out in us). We threw a High Musical 2 party for ourselves and procrastinated like fools in AP Lit. We blast Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" every time we go somewhere and we almost die together every time we try to go to Dunkin Donuts. We can talk for hours about the worst reality TV and we can laugh even longer thinking about all the crazy stuff we've done over the years. Like, when we went to Dollar Tree and bought one of those huge stockings and filled it with those creepy little cat and bird statues for our friend that was feeling blue. We know each other backwards and forwards and we support each other whole-heartedly. She's the one that's going to drop out of school with me to open our own Cake Store (joking) and work part-time at TMZ with. When life gets hard and things get confusing, she's always there to make me smile. She's the J to my B and the best to my friend.
